NASA/SSC has a requirement for Multi-Stage Liquid Oxygen (LOX) Pressure Control Valves in accordance with the attached statement of work (SOW) and data sheet. NASA/SSC intends to issue a sole source contract to acquire the items from Gosco Valves, a division of GGOSCO Engineering Inc., under the authority of FAR 6.103-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to acquire a commercial product or service using FAR Part 12. FAR 52.225-5, Trade Agreements.
