About this opportunity
The purpose of this modification is to conduct the Contracting Officer�s annual agreement review and incorporate all applicable 2026 clause, provision, and Wage Determination updates into the VIPR I?BPA. Vendor responses are due no later than 04/15/2026 at 1700 MST. During this open period, vendors may request Government acceptance of the following changes: 1) Update company information 2) Replace currently awarded resource(s) 3) Add additional resource(s) through onboarding 4) Change host dispatch center(s) within advertisement zone; and 5) Propose new rates (subject to CO fair and reasonable rate analysis) A non?response to this modification constitutes acceptance of all VIPR 2026 terms and conditions.
