About this opportunity
1.1 DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENTAL SERVICES. The contractor shall provide a complete building automation system (BAS) including BACnet/IP based controllers, electric cabinets, sensors and acutuators for the HVAC systems of the buildings. All work shall conform to standard commercial practices, in accordance with (IAW) the technical regulations for workplaces, and electrical TUV/VDE requirements. This shall include testing and balancing of all controllers and the new application. In phase 1 an existing building will be renewed, and new HVAC systems and the BAS will be installed. In phase 2 a new building will be built and connected to the existing building.
