U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to issue a sole source GSA Oasis+ Task Order for the Detroit Beneficial Use Assessment and Implementation Study to: Noblis, Inc. 2002 Edmund Halley Dr. Reston, VA 20191-3436 As part of this procurement, the Detroit District intends to solicit on a sole source basis under the authority of Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 16.507-6(b)(2) to Noblis Inc. The requirements for this project will include identifying and shortlisting beneficial use pathways for material dredged from the Detroit River and validating industry availability to carry out the beneficial use pathways.
