Must be a small business, looking for fixed firm price estimates. This includes all delivery and install. Please see attached Statement Of Work and supporting documentation. ***Please note that this is for removal of carpet and install of one piece athletic training mat.*** Under the carpet is concrete. I do have specifications in the SOW but you are welcome to provide an or equals solution that is a durable one piece blue speckel mat that is thick enough to absorb shock, withstand high heat (since we are in Texas) and the warranty shows the contractor stands by their product.
