Notice of Intent to Sole Source DOI Tablet Command Licenses and access data This is a Sole Source Notice in accordance with FAR 5.207 (c)(15). The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Palm Springs Field Office intends to purchase on a sole source basis mobile application that can display data from our cooperator's dispatch centers. We also need to see vehicle locations of our cooperator's equipment in relation to several GIS layers associated with fire suppression. The Government needs one enterprise license and portal setup, Incident sharing capability with our cooperators, AVL (automatic vehicle locations), GIS Map layers, as well as Administrator functions that allow us to modify incident checklists and incident management templates.
