Amendment 3 The purpose of Amendment 3 is to extend the solicitation to 09 April 2026 by 1:00 PM PDT, attach a revised Statement of Work (SOW_Door Access Bldgs. 70 74 and 75 (Vindicator) 03.30.2026), and attach a PowerPoint detailing existing conduit between all three buildings (PDS Conduit Layout). A second site visit has been scheduled for 02 April 2026 at 10:00 AM PDT. We will meet at the location on the attached map (5. Map to Bldg. 70).
