This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE for the upcoming Solicitation 75H701-26-R-00022 Heat Exchanger Replacement & Boiler System Repairs in Belcourt, ND, Rolette County, a construction project prepared in accordance with FAR Part 36. These construction services are in support of the Indian Health Service (IHS).
