About this opportunity
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC") intends to negotiate and award a sole-source contract for conference space for its Agricultural Commodity Futures Conference (AgCon) on October 22 through October 24 at the Marriott Overland Park Hotel, 10800 Metcalf Avenue, Overland Park, KS. The Government intends to procure this under the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO FAR) 12.102(a) � �the contracting officer has determined that only one source is available.� This conference is being coordinated with Kansas State University, and Kansas State University has selected the Overland Park Marriott as the location of the conference.
