Construction Services contract for the Hanley VBA 5th Floor- Construction project at the James M. Hanley Federal Building, 100 S Clinton St, Syracuse, NY 13261. Proposals are due Tuesday, May 26th, 2026 by 5:00 pm EST. All proposals should be sent electronically via email to kyle.cole@gsa.gov. The site visit will be held on Thursday, April 16th, 2026 9-11am EST at the James M. Hanley Federal Building, Syracuse, New York 5th floor elevator lobby. All individuals who would like to attend must email kyle.cole@gsa.gov at least one day prior to the site visit to confirm their attendance. The site visit is not mandatory, but is encouraged.
