The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on other than full and open competition basis a manufacture sole source to Keysight Technologies 1400 Fountaingrove Parkway, Santa Rosa, CA. 95403, with full and open among authorized distributors the following items: 1) Various Keysight equipment and accessories.
