This is a synopsis only and not a request for quote (RFQ). The RFQ W81K0026QA099 is forthcoming. This synopsis is for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is for dry ice for William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), Fort Bliss, TX. The resultant contract (purchase order) will be a one-year base period plus four (4) one-year options, the periods of performance of which are: Base: 17 May 2026 through 16 May 2027 Option 1: 17 May 2027 through 16 April 2028 Option 2: 17 May 2028 through 16 April 2029 Option 3: 17 May 2029 through 16 April 2030 Option 4: 17 May 2030 through 16 April 2031
