United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Seattle District, Seattle, WA intends to issue a sole-source, firm-fixed price award to Brooks Applied Labs, 13751 LAKE CITY WAY NE, STE 108, SEATTLE, WA 98125 USA LLC IAW FAR 12.102 (a). This project is designed to provide defensible data for a new water quality criteria for the EPA, and an extremely low selenium detection level is required. Low detection level selenium analysis is a highly specialized laboratory service that is offered by a limited number of labs in the United States.
