Request for Information � RFAAP Contractor Self-Investment The USG is appreciative of industry�s input regarding the RFAAP Competition Evaluation Criteria thus far. In recent versions, the USG has verbalized the expectation of contractor self-investment into the RFAAP facility. The USG acknowledges the feedback and concerns Industry has provided regarding self-investment and continues to evaluate that feedback to arrive at a mutually beneficial acquisition strategy. Therefore, the USG requests Industry responses to the following: What production numbers are required to incentivize Industry to self-invest into RFAAP?
