About this opportunity
The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, New Jersey intends to issue a sole-source Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC) (Cage: 1LTU5). The anticipated FFP contract is to procure approximately seven (7) Countermeasures Signals Simulators (Part Number (P/N) 3313-AS-C01-5, National Stock Numbers (NSN) 5865-01-618-5494) in support of the H-60 Program. This contracting action is being pursued on a sole-source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204 (a)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements."
