NOTICE OF INTENT FOR BRAND NAME ACQUISITION: This notice is being published in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 5.101 requiring dissemination of information for proposed contract actions.
