About this opportunity
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with Boeing (CAGE: 0PXV4) located in Saint Louis, MO 63134 for the procurement to finalize and implement drawing changes for Part Number D0831E0001-1001 in support of the United States Navy and various FMS countries. The Government intends to procure the above items under the statutory authority of Title 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."; therefore, a solicitation is not available for this procurement.
