INTRODUCTION Battelle Energy Alliance, LLC (BEA), Management & Operating Contractor of Idaho National Laboratory (INL) for U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), is seeking an Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified vendors capable of providing Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) covered electrical services for BEA-managed properties. BACKGROUND INL is a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) national laboratory dedicated to nuclear energy, national security, and clean energy innovation. To sustain safe and reliable operations, BEA seeks vendors who can provide electrical services covered by SCLS.
