FDC Houston is a federal correctional facility located at 1200 Texas Avenue, Houston, TX 77002. The project consists of the following: Provide all necessary equipment, labor, materials, permits, and incidentals to remove and replace two (2) existing rooftop cooling towers with new units of equal or greater capacity.
