Pre-Solicitation Notice BESSEMER MINE ROAD 140L1226R0003 The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) seeks a qualified contractor to provide road operation and maintenance (O&M) for Bessemer Mine Road located in Johnson Valley, CA. The aggregate road surface was heavily eroded with significant material lost caused by Tropical Storm Hiliary. A. Description of Work: Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and material, to complete the necessary work as described. a. Clear area of any loose materials, debris, vegetation, or obstruction that could interfere with road re-surfacing. b. Proper Grading � to allow water runoff and prevent water pooling or accumulation.
