PEWARS Fire Sprinkler Repairs - This is a solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Pittsburgh District, requires repairs to the fire protection sprinkler systems in Buildings N104 and T1002 of the Pittsburgh Engineer Warehouse and Repair Shop (PEWARS), including the replacement of multiple defective sprinkler heads. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, supervision, transportation, fuel, and materials necessary to perform the repairs in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
