THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. This is a Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Contract. The United States Coast Guard Surface Force Logistics Center (USCG-SFLC), Norfolk, VA intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Sole Source contract to Northway Mathers, Inc, DBA Northway Products under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 6.302-1, 6.303-2 and 6.304. This special notice of intent to award is posted to www.betasam in accordance with FAR Part 5.002. Purchase order terms and conditions will be IAW FAR 2.212-4 and the applicable clauses of FAR 52.212-4. Only one source is reasonably available.
