THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, NOT A REQUEST FOR A QUOTE (RFQ). A RFQ WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND QUOTES WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC, IHD), intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a noncompetitive basis to B&P Littleford, 1000 Hess Street, Saginaw, MI 48601 to provide the following service: Parts for 150-gallon Vertical Mixer (150-GVM) B&P Littleford is the sole known provider of parts that are compatible with this mixer. Therefore, these parts cannot be sourced from another manufacturer.
