The U.S. Embassy in Tallinn requires lodging services in Tallinn, Estonia, for the purposes of accommodating attendees for a training program. Room requirement is expected to be between June 5-13, 2026, for 29 rooms total. Contractor shall provide a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 29 hotel rooms in Tallinn, Estonia. Rooms shall be standard or superior rooms with single occupancy for up to thirty-one (29) personnel for five (5) to eight (8) consecutive nights for the above-mentioned dates. Hotel and Lodging Requirements: Accommodation in a 4-star or higher category hotel. No cancellation fee for cancellations made up to 24 hours before booking.
