Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to award a sole source Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) order to After Action Dental Supply LLC under FSS Contract 36F79724D0071 for the procurement of ZOLL Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) for Basic Life Support (BLS) to replace existing defibrillator units that have reached end-of-life status. The required equipment is manufactured by ZOLL Medical Corporation and is necessary to support emergency response operations within the VA medical facility.
