STATEMENT OF NEED Main Kitchen Oven Repair INTRODUCTON: The Facilities Management Services at James A. Haley VA has a requirement to repair the Oven in the Main Kitchen. BACKGROUND: We had Vender Clark Service Group come and inspect the Oven. They found that the unit was not holding heat. Upon further inspection, the bottom motor and wheel need replacement. PURPOSE: To repair the Oven in the main Kitchen. SCOPE: Replace the Bottom Moter, wheel and all components directly associated with replacing the motor and wheel (Gaskets, Nuts, bolts) PLACE OF Delivery: Facility Maintenance POC Joe Cannon x107878 or Daniel Holdridge x107610 SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS Contractor Check In: The Vender will contact POC when arriving to perform repairs Recurring Federal holidays currently established are: New Yea...
