PRESOLICITATION NOTICE FOR: Renovate 6 South for Inpatient Mental Health THIS PROJECT IS SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES (SDVOSB) ONLY The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 has a requirement to Renovate 6 South for Inpatient Mental Health for project 552-20-101, at the Dayton VA Medical Center, 4100 W. Third Street, Dayton, OH 45428-9000. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials and equipment to professionally Renovate 6 South for Inpatient Mental Health. This project will renovate approximately 13,000 sq ft of space on the 6th floor south of the main tower for Inpatient Mental Health Clinic.
