PURSUANT TO FAR OVERHAUL 5.101(a), THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT�S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE ORDER TO USGBF NSF, LLC (UEI EYWQCYTNLJ28) AS LESSOR OF BUILDING FOR MINOR REPAIRS, MAINTENANCE, HVAC, ELECTRICAL, AND OTHER BUILDING-RELATED SERVICES The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Office of Administration, intends to award a sole source purchase order to USGBF NSF, LLC to provide minor repairs, alterations, mechanical, electrical, and other building-related services at HUD Headquarters. Per the GSA lease, the lessor is the only contractually authorized entity to perform and coordinate all maintenance and repair activities impacting the building systems.
