The US Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an (existing) lease for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers that is expiring at the Incheon Internation Airport , Incheon, South Korea. The Government requires space yielding a minimum of 15.84 square meters at Terminal 1 and 12.6 square meters at Terminal 2. To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by 20 April 2026. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
