A 2025 Phase II ESA conducted at the Site identified soil contamination from several metals and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. The objective of this Supplemental Phase II ESA is to further characterize soil impacts by: 1. Delineating the areas of soil contamination through expanded sampling. 2. Collecting background samples to establish a standard for arsenic, which is a contaminant of concern that is naturally occurring. The property known as Frog, Switch & Manufacturing Company totals approximately 31 acres and is located at 600 East High Street in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Carlisle is a borough in Cumberland County.
