1. Description & Purpose THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. This is a sources sought notice in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) is conducting market research in support of the requirement described in this announcement. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources, particularly small businesses, to provide the services/supplies described below. The Government will use the information received for acquisition planning purposes and does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this request.
