Amendment 4 The purpose of Amendment 4 is to extend the solicitation to 13 April 2026 by 1:00 PM PDT and attach a revised Statement of Work (SOW_Door Access Bldgs. 70 74 and 75 (Vindicator) 04.07.2026). This extension fosters competition and provide vendors additional time to review the requirement, submit Requests for Information (RFI), receive answers to RFIs, and submit a responsible quote.
