***THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION*** This pre-solicitation pertains to McNary Lock and Dam Diesel-Powered Mobile Air Compressors in accordance with the Technical Specifications for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District. The intent is to two (2) purchase diesel-powered mobile air compressors that shall be integrated with their own trailers and fully rated and approved for highway transport.
