Perform Stage 1 Vapor Balance System (VBS) testing for six (6) existing Underground Storage Tanks located within the boundaries of Scott Air Force Base, in accordance with IL EPA Federally Enforceable State Operating Permit and 40 CFR 63 11120.a. UST 1-4: 12,000 gallon, double-walled, fiberglass UST 5/6: 10,000 gallon, double-walled, steel tank and fiberglass secondary containment
