About this opportunity

The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Mettler Toledo for Lab X data management services. Mettler Toledo is the sole provider of LabX proprietary software licenses with unique qualifications that no other vendor can replicate. Lab X alows for instrument management of task, resources, and integrates lab systems through a single interface, minimizes validation and maintenance efforts and ensures data integrity. The nature of this acquisition requires the use of FAR 6.302-1 the cited authority.
