The Indian Health Service, Chinle Service Unit is issuing this sources-sought notice (SSN) to identify capable Indian-owned, economic enterprises � large (IEE) or small (ISBEE) � that can provide reagent supplies from using a blanket purchase order (BPA) to purchase microbiology supplies Purchase Cepheid GeneXpert Analyzer reagent on "as needed" basis. The period of performance will consist of one one-year base period and two one-year option periods. Refer to list of items attached. Other capable firms are also invited to respond to this SSN.
