About this opportunity
Market research was conducted in accordance with FAR Part 10 to identify potential sources capable of providing K-1 digital reading intervention resources. While multiple vendors exist within the marketplace, the current requirement is being fulfilled by Benchmark Education Company, whose resources are fully integrated into DoDEA's instructional framework. Due to the immediate need to maintain continuity of instruction and prevent disruption to ongoing literacy programs, transitioning to alternate vendor at this time would result in operational risk, including delays in service delivery, retraining requirements, and potential impacts to student outcomes.
