The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) Philadelphia, PA, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Blanket Order Agreement (BOA) order to provide from Rolls-Royce Corporation (RRC), Gas Turbine Engines. The proposed order is for two (2) MT5S-HE+ Gas Turbine Engines, PN 23092179. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), �Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements,� as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1.
