This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE for Solicitation W519TC-26-Q-RUPS. The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) intends to issue a Request for Quote for a requirement to procure revitalization of the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system that supports the Headquarters� facility building on the Rock Island Arsenal in Rock Island, Illinois. All work must be performed by service professionals certified by Schneider Electric. Any resulting procurement will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) 100% Small Business Set Aside.
