This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice that is intended to result in an interested vendors list and a direct Request For Quote (RFQ) issued by the DCMA Procurement Center Contracting Officer on or around April 30, 2026. Questions and/or preliminary quotes may be submitted to the Contracting Officer below by April 22, 2026, 1700 Eastern Daylight Savings Time. Quote/Award CLIN structure is attached to this notice.
