The United States Air Force requires the replacement of end?of?life batteries and capacitors for the Eaton 9390 Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) located in Building 237 at Sheppard AFB, TX. This requirement falls under PSC J059, NAICS 811210, with a corresponding $34M size standard. The project will modernize the existing UPS by installing a new, optimized Eaton battery configuration that reduces the total number of batteries while maintaining the capability to support a 30 KVA critical load for a minimum of two hours.
