SOURCES SOUGHT FOR AVIATION FUTURE CAPABILITY DIRECTORATE (A-FCD) SUPPORT FOR MODERNIZATION ACTIVITIES INTRODUCTION The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Rucker, AL, is issuing this Sources Sought Synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for Aviation Future Capability Directorate (A-FCD) support for Modernization Activities.
