SPECIAL NOTICE: Sources Sought to include Sole Source Brand Requirement in Solicitation The U.S Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District (USACE) intends to issue a solicitation for the construction of the Redstone Arsenal Airfield Microgrid � Electric Power, Photovoltaic Project. As part of the construction contract solicitation, the USACE intends to include a sole-source brand name requirement for Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) multifunction protective relays and microgrid controllers.
