This is a pre-solicitation notice of a proposed contract action for the Fence to Fence Environmental Services for Malstrom/Mountain Home/Fairchild (MMHF) Air Force Bases (AFB). The contractor shall provide environmental services and environmental compliance support activities necessary to support Department of the Air Force and AFCEC environmental mission requirements.
