This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Fanny's Tailor LLC for professional tailoring and alteration services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform professional in-person tailoring and alteration services for Base Honor Guard uniforms. Services are required to ensure all uniforms meet the highest standards of military dress and appearance in accordance with Air Force instructions.
