Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to post the answers to all of the solicitation questions received to date and to add not-to-exceed plug numbers to the travel and ODC CLINs.The solicitation closing date and time remain unchanged. SERDP and ESTCP require program support services to execute their missions of developing and demonstrating technologies that meet the Department of Defense (DoD) environmental and energy requirements. SERDP and ESTCP are separate programs that are managed through a joint program office. Support is needed at the program level and in each of the technical areas in which these programs invest.
