THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, equipment, and transportation necessary for hand-pulling Eurasian watermilfoil at North Hartland Lake, North Hartland, VT and at Stoughton Pond, North Springfield Lake, Springfield, VT. No snorkeling or SCUBA diving will be permitted. The Government may choose to exercise additional options for hand-pulling. All work shall be performed in accordance with the following Performance Work Statement and schedule. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors.
