Project Title: DFAC Roof Repair Project Location: Eielson AFB, Alaska Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) Remove unnecessary Clauses pertaining only to Far part 12 and 13, 2) Attach missing As Built Drawings, 2) Attach QA sheet in response to site visit, 4) Update the SOW and specifications in accordance with answers on QA Sheet, 5) all other terms and conditions will remain. ______________________________ The purpose of this requirement is for the demo and replacement of the existing roofing systems of the Dining Facility (DFAC).
