The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division is hereby issuing a Request for Information (RFI) from all potential sources to provide information regarding non-commercial service solutions for engineering, technical support, and program management services that include Ship Design and Acquisition Support, In-Service engineering support, Modeling and Simulation Support, Machinery Systems Engineering Support, Ashore and Afloat Test Engineering Support, Field Engineering Support, Logistics and Training Support.
