Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) is a Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) field activity that is ally aligned under the Logistics, Maintenance, and Industrial Operations Directorate, NAVSEA 04. NNSY�s mission is conversion, overhaul, repair, alteration, dry docking, outfitting, manufacturing research, re-development and test work of nuclear powered carriers and submarines. NNSY requires the Original Equipment Manfacturer (OEM) to perform varnish system support by inspecting installation, validating equipment, confirm start-up readiness, and provide operator training. The anticipated period of performance is April 2026 to July 2026. This requirement will be sole sourced to the OEM.
